Non-member: A participant from an academic or non-profit organisation who is not a MNS member.
Student:A pre-doctoral student, i e, a BSc, MSc or PhD student (or equivalent). Post-doctoral researchers are not included in this category.
Low-income & Lower middle-income countries: A participant from a country listed as a low-income country or a lower middle-income country (

Accompanying person: A person 18 years-old or older that will not attend any of the scientific sessions.
NOTE: MNS membership and/or student status will be checked upon registration and may be subject to confirmation on-site, during the event. Fees may be recalculated if the participant fails to prove their membership and/or student status.
Registration Change and Cancellation Policy
Attendees can cancel their registration at any time, though the following applies regarding exchanges and refunds:

- 50% reimbursement up to 14 September 2023 (23:59 CEST) (minus secretary fees €50)
- No refunds after 14 September 2023 (23:59 CEST)
